What is Freemasonry
A Fraternity, built upon timeless foundations.
The Order works to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and solidarity among all its members, who recognize one another as ‘Brethren’ and are united in local bodies known as ‘Lodges’. Freemasonry is a fraternal Order dedicated to advancing the ideals of fellowship, mutual relief, charity, and morality, stemming from a belief in a Supreme Being. The Craft is founded upon noble tenets and is designed to instill moral and human values within the individual. He is expected to apply these virtues for the betterment of himself, his family, his community, the country in which he resides, and ultimately, for the benefit of all mankind.

לשכה של בונים חופשיים מהווה מסגרת פרטית, אך לא סודית. האידאלים והמטרות של המסדר ידועים ומתפרסמים בגלוי בעיתונות ובספרות. כתובות הלשכות בארץ ובעולם ידועות ומסומנות על ידי סמל המחוגה ומד הזווית. אחי המסדר נפגשים באופן קבוע בלשכותיהם לשם לימוד והתעמקות בפילוסופיית הבנייה החופשית על ידי טקסים, הרצאות, ופעולות למען הקהילה במסגרות וולונטריות שונות.

The Admission Process
